Perkins 1204F-E44 is widely used in Construction Equipment from many manufacturers. Is available in two variants 1204F-E44TA is equipped with single Turbo Charger and DOC/SCR catalyst. 1204F-E44TTA is equipped with series (double) Turbo Charger, DOC/SCR and DPF Filter. Presented emulator is suitable for 1204F-E44TA variant with DOC/SCR only.

Our emulator support special internal SCR system test managed by Engine ECM, consequence of this is automatically disable of engine torque reduction (idle speed) without any special diagnostic tools! Just install device, heat the engine, all errors will go to inactive.

1. Plug and Play version.
It have 3 plugs. To install device you need only:
Replace DCU by big plug 1
Replace NOx Sensor Upstream by plug 2
Replace NOx Sensor Downstream by plug 3
Disconnect plug from NH3 Sensor and Quality/Level Sensor in Tank
That’s all! No fuse remove, no wire cutting or soldering..
